Outstanding in the League and Challenge Cup until they blew it in front of the TV cameras - losing 5-0 to Ayr in the CC Final. Never got over the shame and were blown out of the play offs. |

The main gloat factor came from the CC Final where everyone but the Eagles knew that the Giants would win it! Ayr made play offs semis but met up with the posessed Manchester Storm. |

Scratch side started late with lots of internal troubles. Season wracked by injury but, sadly, it all came good in the Play Off final. BOO! |

Lousy season ending up in last place ... but it finally came together in the play offs with the team reaching its first ever final. Storm were winning with a couple of minutes of regular time to go .... |
