MORIN
SIGNS ON
AGAIN!!!!!
Mike Morin has signed on for another season at the Manchester Storm. Mike, 111, is the longest serving player in the history of ice hockey in Manchester. He iced first for the Manchester Rapids in 1910 and has been present on the ice ever since.
Storm Coach Daryl Lipsey told Thunderflash "I can't imagine the place without Mikey about ... he's also very cheap and, frankly, I haven't the heart to tell him he's not wanted"
Mike told us he's delighted to be recruited by the new boss "I've seen
them come, I've seen them go - I can't remember any of their names though"
he told us " I can't imagine playing anywhere else, Manchester is my
home now ... and anyway I haven't a clue how to get back to North America
... do the boats still leave from Liverpool????"
